6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime via your account or written request
- Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial or prorated refunds for unused time
Events:
- Full refund available if canceled at least 72 hours before the event starts
- No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you’ll receive a full refund or credit
